At Riva Fashion Bazar, we deal only in lace products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery only.
This policy is applicable only to lace products purchased from Riva Fashion Bazar.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with no cuts, stains, damage, or alterations.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery
The lace is cut, stitched, washed, or altered in any form
The product is damaged due to customer handling
The item is purchased during clearance or special sale
The product is custom-cut or made-to-order
3. Return Process
Customers must inform us about return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.
Clear photos or videos of the lace product may be required for verification.
Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
If the requested lace is unavailable, customers may opt for:
Replacement with another lace of equal value, or
Store credit (no cash refund unless stated)
5. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned lace product.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit.
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Lace
If you receive a damaged or incorrect lace, please inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Supporting photos/videos must be shared for quick resolution.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective lace), shipping charges will be borne by Riva Fashion Bazar.
For all other cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
8. Policy Rights
Riva Fashion Bazar reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection.
